To access the online courses, sign into the SecurWorld Partner Portal. Click on Education & Training on the left-hand navigation panel. Once expanded, click on My Online Courses, and choose the course and language to start your sales authorization.
All RSA SecurWorld Partners are required to maintain Sales Authorization to participate in the Partner Program and to qualify for certain program benefits. Sales Authorization is achieved for Partners on an individual product basis.
To ensure a high degree of expertise and knowledge in those representing RSA products, RSA requires certification of the technical staff members of certain RSA SecurWorld Partners according to specific criteria.
To be considered certified, you must have at least 2 technical staff members technically certified as RSA Certified Systems Engineers (CSEs) in each product. Certification is achieved by having each individual complete a technical course and take a certification exam and correctly answer at least 70% of the questions in the exam.
Certification Exams currently exist for the following products:
– RSA SecurID® authentication
– RSA enVision® security log and event management
– RSA® Data Loss Prevention Suite

Experienced engineers who want to become certified in a product for which there is a current certification exam can take a direct route by simply taking the exam although we highly recommend taking RSA instructor-led courses that take students through the hands-on participatory exercises needed to pass the test.

Product Fundamental courses are offered in the form of video instructor-led training (VILT) for RSA Data Loss Prevention, RSA enVision and RSA SecurID. This offers a great way for engineers to learn the curriculum without leaving their office.
