Jesper Trolle is president of Arrow’s (NYSE: ARW) enterprise computing solutions business for the Americas. He oversees all aspects of Arrow’s business that provides solutions and services for the data center through the IT channel.
Jesper brings more than 20 years of expertise in the technology sector and has an impressive track record of guiding large, cross-functional teams from around the world.
Jesper joined Arrow through its acquisition of DNSint.com AG in 2005 where he served as managing director for DNS Network Technologies A/S. He later became responsible for Arrow ECS’ Central and Eastern Europe region.
His most recent appointment was vice president, Arrow North West Europe and ANZ. Jesper has also served as vice president, EMEA Sales, Marketing & Services where he was responsible for managing and building out core strategic suppliers, customer relationships while also running services and solution marketing. He then became vice president of sales EMEA, where he led supplier relationships and product sales across EMEA.
He previously held the position of managing director at Next Denmark A/S where he established sales management positions for Merkantil Data (ATEA). He also held account management positions within BusinessMann, Electronic Equipment Trading and Zitech Computers. Jesper holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College in the United Kingdom.
Howard Goldberg is the senior vice president for Global Marketing & Business Development of the Enterprise Computing Solutions division of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW). In this role, he oversees transformational initiatives, including optimizing investments in cloud and IoT and enhancing approaches to marketing, digital, multi-vendor solutions and enablement. He also works to extend Arrow’s engagements with multi-national customers and suppliers.
A veteran IT professional, Howard joined Arrow in 2006 through Arrow’s acquisition of SKYDATA, a Canadian company that Howard founded. SKYDATA was the rst distributor to bring EMC to the channel in Canada. He has leveraged his sales and business acumen in numerous pivotal roles at Arrow, including most recently as president of the North American division of Arrow ECS, where he oversaw all aspects of Arrow’s North American business. Howard also served as vice president of sales and business development for Arrow’s North American Enterprise Computing Solutions division. In that role, he created and successfully managed account sales functions, public sector business and nancial services solutions, in addition to leading a successful cross-sell initiative across the North American organization.
Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto, Canada, and an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
Robert Boulet serves as vice president, Canada, for Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions and oversees all Canadian operations for Arrow ECS. He previously served as vice president of the Arrow ECS North American Storage Group.
Robert came to Arrow ECS from GE Capital IT Solutions (GECITS) in Ontario, where he served for two years as president and CEO. During his tenure, he was responsible for the business strategy, execution, and performance of the Canadian division. Before serving as CEO, Robert was in various sales roles for GECITS from 1983 to 2001.
A native of Montreal, Robert has received many distinctive business awards for outstanding performance on the job. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Hautes Études Commerciales, Université de Montréal.
Ben Klay is Vice President of Sales for the North American Enterprise Computing Solutions segment of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW). With more than 17 years of experience, Ben is a consistent, innovative leader in the sales organization, building a track record of growth as a result of successful strategy, solid execution and reliable customer service. He is responsible for leading the commercial sales function and maintaining core business with Arrow’s North American partner community and largest supplier relationships.
Ben joined Arrow in 2000, taking on roles of progressive leadership in sales and business unit management. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the North American Infrastructure Systems Group. His relentless focus on operational excellence and practical solutions to customer challenges have helped Ben’s teams excel in both good and bad economies.
Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He and his wife, Erin, live in Parker, Colorado, with their two children.
Matt Rochford serves as Vice President and General Manager for the North American Dell Technologies business within the Enterprise Computing Solutions segment of Arrow Electronics, Inc (NYSE: ARW). In this capacity, Matt is responsible for the strategy, growth and channel community associated with Arrow’s Dell Technologies family of strategically aligned businesses. This includes Dell, Dell EMC, VMware, Pivotal, Secureworks, RSA Security and Virtustream. By leveraging Arrow’s unique ability to aggregate technologies, capture new business and drive efficiency, Matt is focused on enabling the Dell Technologies channel community to solve their customers’ business challenge with transformational solutions.
With more than 20 years at Arrow, Matt has a track record for delivering sales growth by leveraging his functional experiences in the business, such as operational excellence required from inside sales, customer alignment required from field sales, and the disciplined cadence required from sales leadership functions across Arrow’s ECS and Components divisions. During his tenure, Matt has held sales leadership responsibility across a wide range of business areas, including cybersecurity, storage, U.S. public sector, financial solutions and professional services. Directly prior to this role, Matt held the position as Vice President for Technology and Alliances, which comprised of supplier management, engineering, services and solutions.
Prior to joining Arrow, Matt ran a start-up delivery services business, managed a retail sporting goods store and served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Gulf War. Matt lives in Denver, where he and his wife, Amy, are enjoying their empty nest while their daughter, McKenna, attends college at Iowa State University and their son, Bennet, attends college at Bethel University.
Nichole Wiley-Marks is vice president of sales and operations for the Americas Enterprise Computing Solutions segment of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW), leading the inside sales and operations organizations for all ECS Americas lines of business. She is responsible for delivering on Arrow’s strategic initiatives; integration and data governance programs; implementing six-sigma methodology and continuous process improvement; directing supply chain management; and leading the inside sales and operations support functions.
With 13 years of IT and business operations experience at Arrow, Nichole has been the driving force for many Arrow initiatives. She began her Arrow career in 2004 as manager of operations for Support Net before being promoted to director of ECS North America for program management and data integrity/systems management in 2011, a role that expanded in 2014 to include systems training and IT prioritization. In 2017 her role expanded to include inside sales.
Prior to Arrow, Nichole held various leadership roles within the telecommunications industry, including at AT&T and Verizon Communications.
Nichole has been recognized as a CRN Magazine Channel Chief, Woman of the Year by the National Association of Women, CRN Magazine Power 100 Women of the Channel and a Technology All Star by the Women of Color STEM Conference. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Indiana University.
Troy Fortune was named vice president and general manager of immixGroup in July 2018. He brings with him over 30 years of channel sales leadership experience in both commercial and public sector markets.
Since joining Arrow Electronics in 1995, Fortune has distinguished himself as a highly effective sales executive with a proven track record in growing channel business and enabling partners to streamline and grow their businesses. He spent many years focusing on the storage business and was an integral part in establishing a dedicated storage business unit at Arrow.
After Arrow Electronic’s acquisition of immixGroup in 2015, Fortune was asked to lead immixGroup’s infrastructure systems business and the overall channel organization. His industry knowledge, strong leadership skills and visionary approach have contributed greatly to the growth and expansion into new business areas in the public sector.
